N2ARCHITECTURE! Is One Popular Program in Birmingham Area Middle Schools

N2 ARCHITECTURE! is an interactive program designed to bring local practicing architects to area middle schools to present a 30-45 minute PowerPoint presentation intended to educate students about the importance of architecture. The presentation includes:

• An overview of building and space design
• Architecture through history and throughout the world
• The daily life of an architect
• The impact of Architecture on our lives, our communities, and our environment.

Presenters will ask the students questions and encourage them to ask questions as well. Students will also be given a list of books and movies about architecture, a list of universities offering architectural degrees, and an overview of the journey architects-in-training take to become licensed architects.
